Administrative Assistant - Mecca, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mecca. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Prepare documents and reports for meetings and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Perform basic data entry tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Mecca, Pakistan
Note: This is a part-time position without accommodation. Preference will be given to English-speaking candidates with previous administrative experience.
