Restaurant Manager - Clairvaux, Egypt
Our growing restaurant in the beautiful city of Clairvaux is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. This is a seasonal job without accommodation, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Clairvaux or willing to relocate at their own expense. A valid biometric passport is also required.
