Surveyor Assistant
Location: Bansko, Canada


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Bansko, Canada. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will assist the surveyor in conducting land surveys, collecting data, and creating maps and plans for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the surveyor in conducting land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Collect data from field measurements and record it accurately
- Create maps and plans using computer software
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Collaborate with other members of the project team to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (French language skills are an asset)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of surveying tools such as levels, total stations, GPS receivers
- Proficient in using computer software for mapping and data analysis
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and walk long distances if needed
