The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They will be required to handle all aspects of accounting, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to management
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial processes
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data and support decision-making
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
