A well-known bakery in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. Your primary goal will be to provide our customers with high-quality and delicious products while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency in taste and appearance.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings as needed.
- Ensure all baked goods are properly labeled for allergens or dietary restrictions.
- Stock display cases with fresh products throughout the day.
- Maintain clean and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good time management skills to ensure products are ready for sale on time.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and experience following proper hygiene practices.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Sharjah. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the UAE.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 8 hours of work per day. The candidate must be willing to work on weekends if required.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will not be provided by the company. Therefore, preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Sharjah or have their own accommodation arrangements.

Language:
The candidate must be able to communicate in English. Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
