Loader Operator



We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait, with a preference for Indian nationals. This position is suitable for English-speaking individuals without prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the construction industry.

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Operating and maintaining loaders in a safe and efficient manner
- Loading and unloading materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and debris onto trucks or conveyor belts
- Transporting materials around the site as directed by the supervisor
- Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assisting with general labor duties as needed

To excel in this role, you should have good hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to operate heavy machinery with precision. You should also possess good communication skills and be able to work well within a team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid certification or license to operate loaders
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Physically fit with no mobility restrictions
- Prior experience operating loaders is preferred but not required

Working hours for this position may vary depending on project needs, but typically fall within regular business hours. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1000$ per month.
