Office Assistant for Contract Position (Indian Female)
We are hiring an Office Assistant for a contract position in Al Ahmadi. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in administrative tasks and office management. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding of new employees and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
- Indian national with fluency in English
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
