Indian Chef in Wiltz



We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Wiltz. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Indian cuisine and wants to showcase their skills in a new environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes with attention to detail and high-quality presentation
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
- Create unique and innovative menu items while also maintaining classic favorites
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian spices, herbs, cooking techniques, and regional variations
- Ability to create unique and flavorful dishes while adhering to high standards of presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
