CNC Operator

Our manufacturing company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines to perform various machining tasks. This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator or someone with no experience looking to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CNC programming software is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the production floor
- Biometric passport or valid work permit in Kenya if not an Indian national

Salary: $1400 per month, based on experience.
