Senior Architect


We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire architectural process, from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure construction is in accordance with design plans
- Oversee junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship as needed
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Participate in client meetings and present design proposals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
