Merchandiser



As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and promoted in retail stores in an appealing and organized manner. Your main goal will be to attract and engage customers, increase sales and enhance brand awareness. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with store managers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to showcase products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies
- Train store staff on product features and benefits
- Negotiate shelf space with store managers to maximize visibility of the brand
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and promotions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with market trends, consumer behavior and product placement techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to follow visual plans for product placement

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Preference will be given to Canadian nationals or those legally authorized to work in Canada.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm. No previous experience is required but candidates must have a valid work visa for the UAE.
