Retail Merchandiser

A leading retail company in El-Ain is seeking a dynamic and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and optimize customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. This is a contract position with potential for growth within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies in line with company goals
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with buying team to select products and negotiate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or clearance
- Collaborate with marketing team to create attractive displays and promotions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Ensure compliance with company standards for visual presentation, pricing, and stock levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
