We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Medina. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and furniture
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Communicate with property management regarding any issues or concerns
- Adhere to safety guidelines when performing tasks

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively
- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and property management
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or performing repairs at heights
- Attention to detail for ensuring quality workmanship

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. No English language skills are required. Indians preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. Accommodation is not provided. Women are encouraged to apply.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
