Entry-Level Baker in Nizwa, Oman


We are in search of an Entry-Level Baker to join our team at our bakery in Nizwa, Oman. As a Canadian company, we welcome candidates of all nationalities who are interested in gaining experience and starting a career as a baker. No previous experience is required for this position, making it ideal for students or those looking to start their career in the baking industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and baking of various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures and timing as needed
- Decorate and package finished products for display or sale
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills to accurately measure ingredients
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes closely
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
