We are a fast-growing web design company based in Ufa, and we are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing visually appealing websites for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about web design and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the development team to create responsive and user-friendly websites
- Design website layouts, interfaces, and graphics using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to present to clients for feedback
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure that the website design aligns with the content
- Stay updated on current design trends and best practices
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
- Excellent understanding of responsive design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Ufa. Our office is conveniently located near public transportation options.
