Administrative Assistant
We are a growing company in Al-Rayyan and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our team by performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Managing the office calendar and ensuring all appointments are properly recorded
- Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing and organizing documents
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Keeping track of office inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: $1000 per month
City: Al-Rayyan
