Contract Office Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Egypt


We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must have a valid visa for working in Al-Rayyan

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
