A well-established bakery in the bustling city of Ar-Ruwais is looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure quality control by inspecting ingredients and finished products for taste, texture, and appearance
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Train new employees on baking techniques and safety procedures
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
Ar-Ruwais is a diverse city with plenty of opportunities for growth. Our bakery is located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible by public transportation.

Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed.

Language Preference:
We welcome applications from individuals who are fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset but not required.

Experience Requirement:
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience working as a Baker or in a similar role.

Education Requirement:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Formal culinary training or certification is a plus.
