Shaper - Manufacturing and Production

As a Shaper in our manufacturing and production department, you will be responsible for shaping, cutting, and forming various materials to create high-quality products. Your duties will include operating machinery, reading and interpreting blueprints, maintaining equipment and tools, and meeting production quotas. You must have experience in a similar role and possess excellent attention to detail. This position requires strong physical stamina as you will be standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy objects. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently with minimal supervision but also collaborate effectively with a team. The ability to troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to machinery is essential. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month, without accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who are Malayalee or Kenyan nationals or students looking for part-time work in Osijek, Croatia. No English language skills are required for this role as long as you have experience in shaping materials in a manufacturing setting.
