Office Assistant in Medina for Indians

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Greet and assist visitors to the office

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and preparing invoices
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must have a valid biometric passport

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Salary:
