A well-established Indian restaurant in Chelyabinsk is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase traditional Indian cuisine
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, and biryanis
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management on cost control measures to maximize profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to lead a team of kitchen staff effectively
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating delicious dishes
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
