Retail Sales Associate

Our growing retail store in Jeddah is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position is open to Pakistani and Malayalee candidates with or without experience in retail sales. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who do not reside in Jeddah. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
- Process transactions using cash registers or other payment methods
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure proper product placement
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Fluent Urdu or Malayalam language skills are preferred but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
