Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Lom, India


We are hiring a part-time Office Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an office setting and must possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when necessary
- Filing and organizing documents
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and bill payments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Biometric passport required
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work during regular business hours (9 am - 5 pm) on weekdays.

Salary:
Salary for this position is $900 per month.
