Electrical Engineer - Power Distribution Specialist

As an Electrical Engineer - Power Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems for power distribution in the city of Moscow. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and reliable distribution of electricity throughout the city. Your main duties will include analyzing power distribution needs, creating technical drawings and schematics, and supervising installation and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and testing electrical systems for power distribution in accordance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to develop effective solutions for power distribution needs
- Creating technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensuring proper installation of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and cables
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement in the power distribution system
- Troubleshooting electrical problems and providing timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Implementing maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Staying up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry standards related to power distribution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role within the power distribution industry
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Russian electrical codes and standards
- Experience working on large-scale power distribution projects
- Strong analytical and project management skills

Salary: $1000 per month
