IT Support Specialist


We are a growing IT company based in Chelyabinsk seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with network security measures, such as firewalls and antivirus programs
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and technical solutions provided
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware components, networking protocols, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude

Location: Chelyabinsk (open to candidates of any nationality)

Salary: 1100$ per month
