Computer Support Specialist


We are looking for a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. Your main duties will include identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and providing guidance to users on how to use technology effectively.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess strong problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. Additionally, knowledge of various operating systems and hardware components is required.

As our ideal candidate, you should be customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented. You must also have a valid visa that allows you to work in Russia without any restrictions.

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Maintaining accurate records of all support activities
- Communicating with clients to understand their technology needs
- Recommending solutions to improve system performance
- Training users on how to use technology efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with various hardware components such as processors, memory, and graphics cards
