We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and managing budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop project budgets and timelines, and manage expenses to stay within budget.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety protocols and quality control.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before starting construction work.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permit processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
