Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Al-Khor. Your main responsibilities will include planning, budgeting, and supervising all phases of the project from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Construction Manager or a similar role. You should have excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage the construction process. A strong understanding of construction processes and procedures is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Create and manage project budgets
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Review designs and plans to ensure feasibility
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
