Carpenter for Residential Renovation Projects in Bayan

As a carpenter for our residential renovation projects in Bayan, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life. We are seeking a skilled carpenter with experience in all aspects of residential construction and renovation. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project manager and team to plan and execute renovation projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials according to project requirements
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding
- Ensure accuracy and quality of work through careful attention to detail
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter in residential construction or renovation projects
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school or apprenticeship training in carpentry
- Experience with finish carpentry
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well within a team environment
