Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Acre. As an English-speaking office, we prefer candidates who are fluent in English, but it is not a strict requirement. This is a great opportunity for foreigners looking to gain experience in an administrative role in Acre. We welcome candidates without previous experience, as we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
