Entry-Level Barista (Malayalee Preferred) - Ajman, UAE

We are a popular café in Ajman looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Requirements:
- Malayalee preferred
- Fluent in English
- No prior experience required
- Must have a valid UAE visa with sponsorship transferable
- Minimum 12th grade education

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to our menu and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Learn about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and presentation techniques to continuously improve skills
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
