Barista - Indian Cuisine


We are a growing Indian restaurant in Ajman, seeking an experienced and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including traditional Indian beverages such as chai and lassi. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by creating new and unique drinks that complement our menu.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station area
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to company standards
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Knowledge of traditional Indian beverages is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a bonus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300$. Part-time positions may also be available for the right candidate.
