Administrative Assistant
City: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, organizing documents, and providing general administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars for team members
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging travel accommodations
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents
- Answer and redirect phone calls and emails as necessary
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and filing paperwork
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1200 per month
