Administrator in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations such as scheduling appointments, handling phone calls and emails, and organizing meetings
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and other important documents
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1100$ per month
