Head Chef - International Cuisine
Our restaurant in Jizan is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, overseeing the kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase a variety of international cuisines
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Thorough knowledge of international cuisine with the ability to create unique dishes using fresh ingredients
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary starting at 1700$ per month. Accommodations will be provided for non-local candidates. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
