Land Surveyor

Our surveying company in Khasab is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping land areas using specialized equipment and software. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating reports to present to clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Familiarity with CAD software and other mapping tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment and methods
- Analyze data from surveys to create accurate maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects
- Ensure that all surveys comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data collected
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Provide recommendations for improvements or changes based on survey findings

This is a part-time position without accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own accommodation in Khasab or be willing to commute.
