Job Title: Administrator - Al Buraymi, Oman
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and administrative tasks. Your duties will include coordinating with staff, managing schedules, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$. Indian nationals with experience in administrative roles and proficiency in English are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office activities and operations
- Managing schedules and appointments

- Maintaining physical and digital records
- Communicating with staff and clients
- Assisting with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
- Handling invoices and expense reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Indian nationality preferred
