Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or menus
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Degree or certification in culinary arts preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in Malayalee language is preferred but not required
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
- Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate
