Machine Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery according to company standards
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs when needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be able to work without accommodation

Salary: $1700 per month
