Locksmith Technician

We are in need of a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team in Vianden. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems. You will also be required to provide emergency lockout services and assist customers with key duplication. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in locksmithing, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have excellent attention to detail. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain locks on doors, safes, cabinets, and other security systems.
- Cut new or duplicate keys using specialized tools.
- Provide emergency lockout services for residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with malfunctioning locks or security systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all completed jobs and materials used.
- Advise customers on the best type of lock or security system for their needs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Locksmith or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems.
- Ability to use specialized locksmith tools such as key cutters and pick sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Good physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Must be fluent in English.
