We are hiring a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. You will lead a team of sales representatives, monitor their performance, and provide necessary training and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials
- Provide training and support to sales team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
