Job Title: Shaper - Surfboard Manufacturing Specialist

As a Shaper at our surfboard manufacturing company in Split, you will be responsible for creating high-quality surfboards that meet the specific needs and preferences of our customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each board is designed and crafted to perfection.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Using various tools and techniques to shape and design surfboards
- Selecting suitable materials for each board based on customer specifications
- Applying resin, fiberglass, and other materials to build the board
- Ensuring all safety measures are followed during the manufacturing process
- Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Conducting quality checks on finished boards to ensure they meet our standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in shaping or manufacturing surfboards
- Extensive knowledge of surfboard shapes, materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to use various tools and equipment with precision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Physical fitness and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
