Sales Manager - English Speaking (Contract)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth. You will also be required to maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

As an English speaking Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our international client base. We are specifically looking for candidates from Pakistani or Filipino nationality who are fluent in English and have experience working in a sales role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals

- Manage the sales team, set targets, and monitor their performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Experience in international sales is preferred
