Librarian (Part-Time)

The Al-Rayyan Public Library is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience working in a library setting. This position is suitable for men and does not require accommodation.

As a Librarian, you will be responsible for assisting patrons with finding and checking out materials, organizing and cataloging books, and maintaining the library's collection. You will also be responsible for creating engaging displays and programs to promote the library's resources and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A degree in Library Science or related field is preferred but not required.

This part-time position offers a salary of 1500$ per month with flexible hours that can accommodate other commitments. We welcome applicants of Indian nationality who are passionate about libraries and promoting literacy in their community.
