Personal Trainer (Contract) in Muharraq, Bahrain



We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Muharraq, Bahrain on a contract basis. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing personalized fitness programs for clients, providing instruction on proper exercise techniques, and motivating individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Design individualized fitness programs based on client goals and abilities
- Provide one-on-one or group instruction on proper exercise techniques
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans accordingly
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and overall wellness
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer with a strong track record of client results
- Knowledge of various exercise methods and techniques
- Understanding of basic nutrition principles and ability to create meal plans for clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse clientele
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field
- Additional certifications such as NASM, ACE or ACSM
- Experience working with special populations (e.g. seniors, pregnant women)

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1400 per month.
