Job Title: Team Lead - Moscow


We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Moscow. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and direction to team members, as well as collaborating with other teams to meet company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

- Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Providing guidance, support, and direction to team members to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and tasks.
- Identifying training needs for team members and providing necessary training or resources.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback to improve productivity.
- Conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Participating in project planning meetings and providing input on project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Maintaining open communication with upper management regarding project status updates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the IT industry is a plus.
