Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Ufa. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces according to specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, and smooth concrete using various tools such as trowels, levels, and power tools
- Ensure all surfaces are properly leveled and finished according to project requirements
- Monitor concrete curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of concrete mixing ratios, curing times, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials on a regular basis
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is an asset)
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (candidates from India who can relocate are preferred)
