A leading manufacturing company in Beer-Sheva, Israel is seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment in our production facility. This position offers competitive salary of 900$ per month and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of mechanical systems
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, calipers, protractors, or other measuring instruments
- Fabricate or alter parts using hand tools or machines such as grinders and lathes
- Assemble components by welding, bolting or riveting according to specifications
- Install machinery and equipment according to layout plans using hand or power tools
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and ensure all components are properly fitted and aligned
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise during production

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of basic welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:
- Experience in electrical maintenance
- Knowledge of PLC programming
