Mason Supervisor


Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Manama. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring high-quality construction work is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of masons, ensuring they have the necessary materials and tools to complete their tasks efficiently.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the mason team, ensuring all work is completed according to project timelines.
- Train new masons on techniques and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to the team as needed.
- Monitor the quality of work being done by the mason team, making adjustments or providing feedback as necessary.
- Communicate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure projects are progressing smoothly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of various construction materials, tools, and techniques used in masonry work.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Manama. The salary for this role is 1700$, along with accommodation provided by the company. We also offer free visa sponsorship and tickets for international candidates.
