Milling Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position, open for both Indians and foreigners. No English language skills are required for this role.

Requirements:
- Experience in operating milling machines or similar equipment
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, shaping, and grinding
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality of parts produced
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain machinery by performing routine maintenance tasks as necessary
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
